The hardest way to get back || bummed || In Canada

Well after a long leave from the blogging community i have decided to come back and take my place back into the big roam . I had loads of problems for months now coming back and start back blogging and well mainly the reason was my lazyness.. even though i got a really comfy keyboard, chair , and well no more addiction to games i had to face other well academic problems. I had my tests, assignments and mid-terms going on and well i had found interest in other things such as movies T.V. Serials and yeah ..!! they are quite addictive. I finished a all the seasons of That's 70's show , Friends , Supernatural, Heroes and well Prision break . These were my favourite upto now but i had missed my better part here. Its not only that i had a go on many movies and attended a few parties . Well after all the i had become a half hazzard to myself. Taking that out well i left gaming . To be true i finished my PSP GAmes over 3 nights contiousnly. Don't blame me it was thanks giving and i had nothing to do so you know i had to play some hard fetched games . Watched movies with friends. Man i could get used to this college life freaking free and fun...! Its like followup of norules and a mind game between what your parents wanted and what you want . Its mainly what i wanted for a long time now and i am glad thats over with now i am totally ready for that new step in life where i can be both free and relived from my duties toward you know my parents and well now i do understand my responsiblities much much better ... Awwww.... guys you wont belive how i feel right . Its like all these words are just blurting out of me and filling in the hole that i had for blogging for months now i see.---- That this has become a small yet important part of my life . I cant be life totally off while i try to figure out stuff for myself. Well All this didn't happen overnight i am talking four months . I hope you find meaning in my words when i tell you that its been a long chase away from this world and the realy one its like to different places i wanted to be when ever i am free . All that said i am happy to be back. And yea i hope i can catch up with you guys soon enough on the things i missed when i was gone.

Well that's one post that was holding me back for quite some time as it was long and lenghty and it got deleted once and yeah i have a notion that once i complete a blog entry i dont feel like writing it up again and well rest is history. Well i could describe it to you that this country is amazing and well you peeps have to wait for untill i finish my blog post since its going to totally describe my experience till now 4 months is a long time and yeah i won't hold back on any detail.

Lastly it feel good to be back and blogging . Bin soo long i hope i haven't lost my touch and yeah if i have i will try to do better on my next post as soon as i get info about my lovely blogging neighbourhood. And i will surely keep this updated and there are few new things i am going to start up soon i will introduce some cool tech stuff via entertaiment every week finding you good music thats are in the now thing and well i hope you keep checking the blog out from time to time. And chritmas is coming its getting colder cause my hands are freezing while i was typing this post trust me i am looking forward to this fall. Blogger Got Pimped | New Add Gadget | Add a Gadget

Blogger has been static for the past few years no updates to the look nor any new added scripts . Well finally Blogger has made an update is on a series of pimping on its Gadget toolbar . Well at least it has made easy for us to add some neat widgets . Take a look . b/w I know most of you must have been scared to death WTF happened to blogger is all my content gone where did i find Jumbo I left him in the fridge.
Don't worry all your widgets are intact +plus to get loads more to add onto your website i will be reviewing a few of the improvements made . So lets start:

1. Better more Organized Icons It contains the same links but with a totally new look.
2. New features pictures added to preview before we add up.
3. More user friendly . Well atleast you won't get bored each time you have to add a widget.
4. Users can also add their own widgets.
   

I was going to write a blog post on widget websites bt now i think i can scratch that . I think blogger has lived up to everyone's Expectation and is doing a good job at it .

As You can see there are three new additions in the basic blogger list i.e.

1. A blog list where you can display what you read on your blog rollers to the oncoming traffic.
2. Slideshow well this is a really good option at least now you can save some time and enjoy the benifits that blogger has to offer . And display your friends and family in one list.
3. A subscription link . Some blogger have no idea where they could get links such as this one from . But yes this has made their work much easier .

Now For the Featured List :
Its Contains some really nice widgets from youtube Video gadget to blogger play and if that's not enough guess what yo can get some nice articles to digg on your repective blogs. A count down timer is always a must hosting a competition as it show's when its going
to end you don't want your users to be left clue Less

Well apart from these great new widgets there are 3000+ User made widgets to choose from so take your time to browse them all and pick the best one for your site . If you like you could
send me personal reccomendation for a widget i will look into it . And if i like
it i will post it up on my site . I do hope blogger keeps
tweaking up its sites from time to time .

Changing Your BloG theme On BLOGGER!

TYPE OF THEMES :

One of my newly acquainted friend Sherry blogger of a contest blog is looking for a 3 column Blogger theme . This post will only be for blogger reference only if your a word Press user please visit here Asuka she has many WP themes on her site and i know you guys will love it . Ok coming back well there are three types of themes currently popular on the webspace which are :

1. Adsense or ad themes
2. 2 columnar themes
3. 3 colounm themes
   

Few other are also available but they are upon you to choose the best for your blog.


CHOOSING A THEME FOR YOUR WEBSITE!

Well firstly you need to choose a good theme for your website before installing it . The graphics should be aligned and the ads should be in a specific position . So your site should look well and compiled . What should you look for ?

• A 125 x 125 Ad spot with a good position (On the right hand side).
• Theme must suite your blog's topic and should be relative
• Taking up more column themes might shorten your space for your blog entries so pick carefully
• Trial and Error method choose a few themes and look for the one that best suites your site.

WHERE TO FIND BLOGGER TEMPLATES:
Here a few websites i am providing you from where you can choose a theme for your self :

Jack Book : The page will open up to his themes just browse and pick a theme you like . You will find 3 column and 2 column themes as well.

There's always an option to do a little searching on google just type keywords blogger theme or blogger templates . You'll find millions of sites hosting some really good templates.

HOW TO BACK UP YOUR FILES:
Thanks to Sherry she reminded me of this i almost forgot about it . Its a really crucial step towards changing your blog theme . If your widgets get removed and you hae no way to get them back then it might be a hassle. So i recommend to make another test blog first before you upload it finally . And if you specifically want the same widgets on your blog . Do the following:

1. Firstly download the XML file of your Blog this is the ORIGINAL COPY so KEEP IT SAFE(As shown in the picture).
2. Now Open a note pad .
3. Click on Layout .
4. Open each widget get their code and position and keep saving them in an organized manner in the notepad.
   
5. Install new blog theme copy and paste buy adding new widgets each time you do so !
   

HOW TO INSTALL THEM :

Well after you have selected your favorite template you just have to download the template on your desktop unzip the XML file and then do as i say :

1. Login To your blogger account Goto Your Dash Board.
2. Now Click on Layout .
3. When the Layout loads up click on edit html (AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE).
4. The html template opens up where your blog's skeleton lies.
5. Now click on BROWSE and select the XML file you want to upload and then press UPLOAD.
6. It will ask you to remove a few widgets accept that you can always get back the codes later on .
   
7. Check it if your blog looks any better .
   
8. Install widgets Back on Your Blog

There are loads of sites that come up with blogger themes tell me the sites And the blogger theme you like . If you have problems installing it just let me know.

Day-1 Rectifying my Blog- Part-1

So guys here's the deal 1 week 3 goals to join those affiliates i talked about earlier . I want to show you how effective blogging is done and how to set your goals and achiving them effectively .

Lets get started folks firstly i would like to discuss a problem that i have been facing while posting pictures on to my blog ! look at it yourself . I think blogger doesn't upload the link pictures instead it makes a code and displays it there which is ridiculous the ip's of servers today keep on changing and to keep track of them would be impossible . Although i will be fixing it up soon . SO lets get to work

1.FIXING YOUR BLOG POSTS:
Well firstly you need to find all the blog post that need fixing . For example broken links , Broken image link. etc. I found a few of them in my blog too there aren't many posts so its easy people who have much more than i do are bound to o crazy. Its a lengthy process and requires patience.

2. CORRECTING ALL COPIED CONTENT:

Well i am going to fix my blog posts in 3 ways

• Removing content completely
• Editing and fixing the blog post and adding recent facts written by me only
  
• Removing picture posts ( Although i am not sure about this one).

Well i won't be removing my sponsored review posts as i have already been paid for them . And i regret it i just saw my blog was under priced. The suggested price was around $10 - $40 . And i did the job in $5 plus the commission they will charge from me .

3. Referring to the Emails I GOT:
Well yes i have to check weather or not i have complied to their needs and if they will be satisfied with the changes that i am doing. So i am going to refer to project wonderful's email review you can check the subsequent post for it . So lets start i will be posting the problems i face while changing and editing the blog. If your guys have any questions just let me know .

Results:
I was able to delete all the copied content . It was really tough on me because i think those posts were generating traffic from google take a look at this picture. Well apart from the fact that my SEO tricks are really working i really need to pace up a little.

I got all the photos i lost in the broken links now i am just trying to get them up and fixing those holes in my blog.

Dude liek where are you going?
Well i am hitting on from the suburbs and trying to land up in Canada . Oi, Mate did you know they called a single dollar coin a LOONEY and a 2 dollar coin a ROONIE. I am pretty inspired by the native culture and the wide and vast expanse of ethnicity of people living there . And i love the fact its a cold country i like winter alott! I really don't like summer the heat stings and makes you restless . But there even in summers you don't need an A/C to cool you down. Your always chilled. Well free from this means you get a lot of time thinking and doing other leisurely activities . I know a few friends of mine studying there they are also transfer students well actually an alumni has become a quite a good friend i do associate with him although i don't like online socializing much like on my space , orkut and all but yeah its a living . So being a little more specific i am shifting to Helifax, Novascotia Canada To Saint Mary University.

Y is I going?
Well to complete my studies off course . I applied for BSCIS A.ka bachelor of computer information systems and got accepted a few months back . I am currently trying to file my visa application Oh yeah its a lenghty process ! You need a whole lot of documentation required . Just trying to get my tax returns in one place well not exactly mine but my dads if this blows of i will apply for teh loan and after that me visa is ASSURED @ i can't help thinking i am already late in doing so ! So it will take about a month to get the whole thing done. I am going like wackO! each day is passing is no serious conclusions . But yeah apart from that just chilling and trying to keep my cool I think its going to be an enriching experience and hope i land in boons ville heard they got some neat books up there.

What are teh prospects for me future?!
Well i am not a planner but yeah you gotta plan when your submitting your visa Questioner . The word sounds so hard makes my tummy wobble hmm... where did i keep my chokobar oh back to teh topic . I will have to do 2years in Saint Mary University and then hopefully if i do graduate will get a 3 year work permit for free ! Which means i can hang out 3years long if i make my carrier breakthrough i can stay there ..! Darn i am thinking too much am still in my own home glued to meh pc !





Well thats that for Saint mary's . Thats was my major WaZZaaP!! . Bloggerish!

You won't belive my net connection and my PC's configuration! Its like a Hollow Deep Deep Hole. And i think its going to cough up dying posting lol..! I even have to get my self a new laptop! That i will buy for once! . Well the ruddy config is :
256 MB Ram Tell me about it The slowness is immense dude! like opening my conputer takes 6 second! Comeon gimme a break well i am getting a lot thanks to my PC.

20 GB harddrive Yea i know what your think how can i live with this artifact a blast from the past but yeah its a living don't ask how! Its only filled up with software and new movies i keep downloading one every day .

DVD rom /RW Well that's a relief at least something is good in this junk . Well i write most of my Cd's and store them up like collecting nuts for winter Like ALvin would say AWESOME! STUPENDOUS COOL! I am running out of word here ... oh oh .. my Monitor

Its a LG monitor i can't really write ups its config i don't know it myself but yeah its CRT and is really good making a living on it !


Mouse It isn't a Gaming Mouse but yeah works for me . Gaming or not if you know how to play the game the mouse doesn't make the difference. Besides i rather play on my PSP

Oh fogot to mention its a DESKTOP PC how lame can it get !. I have to practically keep the monitor on my pc . Well actually its quite easy when it comes to modifying it but as you can see i haven't done any recently !and acessing your dvd rom and usb drive is much easier . OopS! i forgot i was trying to make my PC look bad but eh !

Hardware Iz Over melord time for some soft things in it . Its has windows XP has all my nessesary programs and has vista moded ! on it . you can get it too just follow the link HERE

Internet Connection a slow 64kpbs dinosaur age connection in the digital world . You could a file in a million years probably billion . Its so slow that even after a whole month my files never get dloaded and still i am at the starting line waiting for it to come!

Over and all I give it a 5 ***** Rating Cause i love it and its friendly to me and knows what i like and dislike ! I LOVE YOU PZE . cough cough!! that was a diastor !! I know this will hurt in the morning . Well i am stool pigeion cant get my behind of this chair until i complete a post or a review.

2DaY - Is what happened!

Today was most of those unusual days when you get things right and do them orderly . I had an amazing experience browsing over many different sites and commenting on some of my usual blogs which i visit often ! Since morning till now its 11:47 Pm . I will be writing the neat stuff that hit me on the head and landed on my forsaken blog! I had a very colorful day so will be adding a few pics on the side hope you like em.

7:15 - wOke up as any usual bloke would went out to take a walk to breath in the fresh and hear birds chirp took a wrong turn and landed up with a close friend of mine we started talking about my BLOG well i didn't really want to as he has a really growing and successful blog. But yes he kept on insisting that i was too lazy to even sign up at good affiliates or social communities he really annoyed me with all the pep talk i really get an idea of where i am and where he is when ever i visit his blog. He's making loads of green $$$ well in short! Its every dude's dream . I wasn't getting nowwhere with my kind of blogging . A few days back i had my blog make over well now atleast i stand tall in its look but the fact still remain and taunts me i am the same lazy blogger that i was before . But hey don't be judging soo soon!. I was planning to start my own bloggerish club but yeah that probably will take time. So we ended up our converstation on a happy note that i would go back home and make something 10 by 10 inch blog of mine .

9:00- I came back home switched my PC on and went for a drink off water . Took a shower since my pc has a slow boot time i usually do this . Though i don't have a ups when there is voltage fulctuation my pc crashes you can imagine what a hard shell i am living in .

9:38- I login in to my hotmail account and guess what treasure struck LAND HOO! Arrr... I made my 1st earnings through sponsoredreview.com which is probably a big thing for every newbie and i really am happy about it infact i was starting to loose faith in online money making but here it was $3,25 in my paypal account already delivered to my surprise it came out from a review i did a few days back well don't want to disclose that here ..!

10:05- So much for acting cavalier like my hands were itching for a few frags turned on my Counter Strike game and started gaming made an even score 30 for 20 not bad! But hey guess what that was me being lazy again lol.

11:sumwhr- I closed the game i already had finished wall - e on my PSP it was fun exciting couldn't wait to unlock the bonus clip so i said to my self bloke you need to get some life into this darn blog!. Well i had been browsing many sites in the past most of them had signed up to many affiliates and displayed a 125 x 125 ads they were all over the place so i decided to get some of them up on my blog thats when my spree started . I visited loads and loads of sites through entrecard and fellow blogger . I got quite an insight on what widgets the mostly like to display up on thier respective blogs. I was like OMG . When i started clicking on them it lead me into a point of no return .

12:30- I couldn't stop my self from signing up in those programs. I cannot list them by time as they were soo many . The sites i visited where

• Technorati- Got a seniority badge
• BlogReviews- Its like sponsored reviews got a chicklet too.
• Bidavertiser- I made 3$ in this actually its been a long time since i used it so i got it back on my site .
• GeoGlobe- Its a widget that tells who is currently on your site and who is online from which part of the world etc.
• BlogCatalog-Its a social networking site !

• Marketing Leverage- Joined its referal program!
• Posts-Adding up my favorite posts so that every one could read em ! In my widget area

14:20-I added a paypal donation post on my blog how to get a beer from our fellow bloggers hope they are kind enough to drop me a pint or 2 ! . I have even posted on how you can put it up on your own blog .

18:20- I got a call from marketing publisher manager and guess what they asked a ew question and i was approved for the program a big yay! Really want to thank them ! I add thier ads up below on my page i think it looks good . But yea i think i probably am overhauling my pages with all the chicklets and widgets.

19:30-Oh guys i can't really write the stuff i was doing in b/w that time don't want to slack boredom on you !! So i am going straight for the point . Probably by this time i got tired and started slacking so i visited a few sites entrecard.com>Forums>Promotion & Competition. I found this great new competition by Pat King where he will help fellow blogger Lara Kulp Slimdown (More detail in my next post). I really admire her courage and efforts . I am hoping to learn somthing for myself i am a bit overwieght too!. I commented on thier blog they turned out to be really sweet guys!

20:15- I visited a really interesting blog . Well you can guess i was searching for some competitions so i found simple rivalries I really like the way she write up on her blog . Well she kind of inspired me to write this post! Actually its a bit complicated ! I will explain her competition in my coming posts . In short she is giving away a .info Domain so guys hurry up there aren't many competents up there chances of you being teh winner is more! Well i am more like sid a slot when it comes down to blogging this is for you Elizte Lim

20:49-I was checking my feedijit for where i was getting traffic from mostly it was from the states . And the were coming from google image searches hmmm...... i thought that was peculiar now even naming images plays an important part in getting up a good SEO ranks you higer up on google!. Well and there were the usual entre card user . And few came from thier gmail account which would mean ummmmmm..........? well i guess the more the better ! i don't really know who has been sending my site to email account or probably admins reviewing my site before they approve it!

21:33-I learned that my Technorati senority is on a good link up position around 78 backlinks to my site hmm... well i belive that i will be making more for sure in this week to come !

22:47-Thats when i started writing this post . Hope it was worth my while and i will be adding a ew sites that i probably will join today!!

23:18- I got too tired and hit the hay woke up freash and continued from where i left off. Slept like a baby lol.!

8:12-Thats when i completed this post and said good riddence hehe.. although my experience was quite enlightening hope it helps you guys out too!

I have been meaning to change my blog theme for quite a while now to make it more functional and give it the edge . ! I think i got bored with it well since i am goin shopping you guys can maybe help me select a few themes ! Or if you have links to good theme sites your most welcome to post them here ! Well i got this Great Magazine blog theme i think it looks great tell me how do you feel about it !! Oh hey b/w i got new pet fishies do feed them :D . Bono is my fav one .!
